It's mean... I know... but you are an AP Chem student. You signed up for this class not because you wanted something easy. You are a workhorse! You are a Chemistry scholar! You LOVE Chemistry! You are excited to have Chemistry problems to work on! And you have sooooooo far to go before you are ready for the AP Exam. So here is your homework for the break:
1. Complete Chapter 5 in your AP Chem workbook. Read the whole section, highlighting or underlining important terms or concepts. Do all the sample problems, and complete the review problems at the end as if it were an exam. Once you have completed it, go through the answers and explanations and check over your work. If there is ANYTHING you don't understand, write it down. Make a list for me of your topics or questions that you still have questions with.
2. Complete Chapter 6 in your AP Chem workbook. (Same as above)
3. Review Chapters 4 and 12 from the AP Chem workbook that you previously completed.
How well do you want to do on the AP Exam? What is it worth to you? If you want to do well, and you feel it is worth it, then you will do your best to get your work done in this workbook. When you get stuck, look for help from friends, books, or online resources. This class has much more to ask of you, and this exam will test what you are made of! Only the strong will survive! (War cry!)
See you after the holidays! Merr
